4. Active Participation

Engage actively but thoughtfully. Participate in discussions, events, and activities that interest you. Your presence adds value to the community.

5. Constructive Feedback

Offer and receive feedback constructively. We grow by learning from one another, so be open to giving and receiving feedback in a supportive manner.

6. Inclusivity

Embrace inclusivity. Our community is a space for all women, regardless of background, identity, or experience. Make everyone feel welcome and included. We support a community where love is love, science is real, women's rights are human rights, and black and brown lives matter. SF Co. and our team stand firmly behind it is NOT the responsibility of black and brown women to educate the white women in our community. White women, do your work and fragility around race is not welcome.

7. No Solicitation

Refrain from unsolicited selling or promotional activities. This is a space for connection and growth, not for commercial purposes.

8. Report Concerns

If you encounter any issues or have concerns about another member’s behavior, please report it to the community moderators. We are here to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all.
